Trained and Certified Staff

With camper safety as the cornerstone of our program, the camp staff consists of certified teachers, outstanding college students and responsible and energetic teenagers. Once hired, the Kidcam staff goes through a rigorous training program in preparation for the first day of camp.

Swimming

Before the campers make the first splash into the water, our Water Safety Instructor will evaluate the pool area and establish a swimming program based on safety. Our swimming program is supervised by certified life guards at all times. Swimmers will engage in pool games and competitions that are fun and age appropriate. Any camper who cannot swim will participate in group swim lessons conducted by the camp staff. Campers swim at Knights of Columbus pool.

Payment Options

Our camps offer parents payment options including paying weekly or in advance for
discounts. We accept, cash, check, money orders, and all major credit cards. In addition, summer camp expenses are eligible for IRS Child Care Tax Credit, and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts. A Federal Tax ID number is provided on payment receipts.

Online Account Management

Kidcam understands the busy schedules of working families. As a convenience, Kidcam

set up food accounts, view payment history, track charges such as meal and after-care
charges and pay fees online with a credit or debit card at anytime. By logging in to our
safe, secure payment site, parents can print payment records as receipt for tax purposes

3 and 4 Year Old Program

Preschoolers can be happy campers, too! Kidcam’s early camper program provides a fun-filled summer camp experience to our younger campers in a safe, nurturing environment. Campers are supervised by qualified adult staff, many with backgrounds in education and child care. The 3-4 year old campers follow a separate schedule of on-campus activities including water play, art, computer lab, puppet shows, karate, dance,
yoga, magic shows, spacewalks, and giant inflatables.
Helpful Tips – Label all clothing and belongings including camp shirts, shorts, hats, bathing suits, underwear, socks, towels, shoes, lunch-kits, and nap items. This will make it easier for your camper and the counselor to keep track of his/her things. – Have your camper wear his swim suit under his camper clothes when a water activity is scheduled in the morning. This will save time changing in and out of swimsuits and allow for more play time. – All meal and snacks are purchased through a prepaid meal account. Please review the menu with your child to help him decide what to order each morning. This will ensure that the correct number of each food item is prepared and ready for them at lunchtime. – Send a note at the beginning of camp advising the counselor and office as to how your camper will be dismissed at the end of the day – car pool or after camp child care. – Send a labeled nap pad or mat, along with a pillow and any other comfort item (blanket, etc) for naptime each afternoon. Pads and pillows may be kept at camp during the week, but are sent home on Fridays to be washed.

What is Kidcam’s refund policy?
