Holy Trinity Part Time Request

Thank you for your interest in Kidcam Camp’s Part Time Program at Holy Trinity. Please read the following information to formally request your part time position. Once we receive your request, someone from our team will be in touch with instructions on how to secure your camper’s place at Kidcam.

To formally request a part time spot, please do the following:

1- Complete our online request form below before May 1st.
2- Setup your parent account online at http://www.kidcamcamp.net
3- Register your child and pay their registration fee.
4- Once your request is received, Kidcam will contact you to finalize the process.
5- The weeks that you wish to purchase will be price adjusted in your shopping cart and you can purchase from there.
6- There will be no refunds or transfers on weeks after May 15th on part-time campers.
7- You can add money to your Pre Paid Food account online. The cost of lunch/snacks are deducted daily. Lunch is $4-5 a day depending on location. Snacks are $1.50, and you can purchase or bring your own from home. Food must be paid in advance for a child to be eligible to purchase.
8- Aftercare will be charged at the normal $4 per hour, 3p-6p. If you will be using After Care, please add necessary funds to your Pre-Paid Aftercare Account during the registration process. Aftercare is billed on the half-hour. Camper 1 is $2 per half hour. Siblings are $1 per half hour.
