Christmas/Winter Camp (December 21, 26-28, December 31-January 4; closed Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Year’s Day)

Times: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
|Daily Rate||$50 a day. Additional Siblings $40 a day, subject to increase 7 days before each session.|

|Registration Fee||$0 registration fee required, but $0 registration option must be added to shopping cart before selecting days/sessions.|
|Refunds||Refunds are not provided during Holiday Camp.|
Due to limited use, Bus Service is no longer available.
|Ages||Boys and Girls ages 4-13.|
|Hours||7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.|
|Before & After Care||Camp hours and price include extended hours.|
|Gear|| Campers should wear weather-appropriate clothing, with layers to accommodate changing temperatures. Campers may wear Kidcam Summer camp shirts, available for sale online at at the camp office.
||Food||You may bring lunch daily or purchase lunch for $5 each day. Lunch money MUST BE ADDED & PAID FOR using the Pre-Paid Food portion of your registration screen. Add $5 a day for each camper.|
|Snacks||Afternoon snacks will be provided. Please send a snack with your camper if they will stay at camp past 3:30 pm.|
|Food||Campers may bring their lunch and a snack daily, or add money to their PrePaid Food account online to purchase food. You can manage your child’s food account by logging on to your parent account and making a payment into PrePaid Food. Options may include: pizza, grilled cheese, nachos, hot dogs, spaghetti,hamburgers, etc. A menu will be available within a week of each camp session.|
|Schedule of Activities||Campers will engage in indoor and outdoor activities (weather permitting) Woodlake Club offers ample green space, tennis courts, levee play, jumping pillow, and wading and full-size pool (weather permitting) Indoor activities include holiday-themed arts and crafts, science and food activities, group and cooperative games. Field trips to nearby parks and playgrounds included.|
|Pick Up & Drop Off||Campers must be walked in each morning and picked up in person each afternoon. If you are picking up your child in between these times, please visit the Kidcam Main Camp Room.|
|Staff||With camper safety as the cornerstone of our program, the camp staff for Holiday Camp consists of the best of our trained Kidcam counselors, supervisors, as well as camp owners and directors.|
|Payment||Since Holiday Camp has a limited enrollment, tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration.|
|Online Account Registration||Kidcam understands the busy schedules of working families. As a convenience, Kidcam offers an online account management system. Parents can register online following these simple steps:|

2. Use your existing parent account or create a parent account and add each child. Current parents can use their existing parent account.
3. Once complete, continue to registration.
Choose Region: Kenner/Metairie

4. Add $0 Registration Fee to Cart
5. Add each day you wish to purchase to your cart.

An email will be sent from Kidcam the week prior to camp starting with any additional information. |
|Refunds||There will be no refunds for Holiday Camp.|
