Kidcam Staff is committed to making sure each and every Camper HAS FUN AND MAKES AWESOME SUMMER MEMORIES! We offer Discounts for Full-Summer tuition when paid by March 1st! Discounts for siblings! And offer Aftercare until 6:00PM!
*Please note Kidcam does not require campers to be of the Christian faith; however, camps hosted in Christian-based facilities will incorporate Christian values and can be expected to participate in any such activities such as morning prayer and pledge.

In Summer 2019, Kidcam applied for Accreditation from the American Camp Association. ACA representatives checked our policies and procedures, came to observe our camp site locations and meet with our Kidcam Staff.

Full Summer Tuition – The best deal!
Kidcam offers a discount of up to 20% of the full price when you purchase the entire summer! The sooner you pay – the bigger the discount! Prices will change on March 1st, April 1st, and May 10th. Unfortunately, registrations made after May 10th will no longer be subject to the Full Summer Discount.
Bulk-Week Tuition – Don’t need us for the entire summer?
Put 3 or more weeks in your cart to get a discount on tuition when purchasing before May 10th. *Please note: weeks must be purchased together at one time for the discount to apply.
Weekly Tuition – Early Bird Price is $150 per week without discounts prepay discounts.
The full rate is $160 per week when paying after Wednesday at 5 p.m. prior to the week you will attend camp. Kidcam offers a 10% discount on tuition for additional siblings that are in the same household, are registered in the same family account, and attend the same week for single weeks.
Part-Time Tuition – Part-time care may be available at some locations.

Drop In – Drop in care (for a single day) may be available at some locations.

After Care – After care is available from 3:00pm to 6:00pm for an additional fee.
Put money into your prepaid aftercare account and use it only when you need it. As you use aftercare, the prepaid funds are spent down. Replenish the account as needed. $2 per half hour for the first child and $1 per half hour for each additional child with a one hour minimum each day.
Please Note: Sibling discounts apply to single weeks only. Discounts are never combined.

Campers may choose to bring their lunch.
We are not guaranteed the grant for any or all of the summer. If we do not receive the grant, then Campers may bring their own lunch or Campers may purchase breakfast, lunch, and snacks using funds from the prepaid food account. However, the grant will very likely continue.
Gear Up for Fun
Kidcam T-shirts must be worn daily along with shorts or pants and closed-toes shoes.
Kidcam Traditional Shirts are available for purchase in the online camp store.

Weekly Themes & Fieldtrips
| Weekly Themes | Kidcam’s engaging weekly themes are action-packed with activities that promote fun, fitness, friendship, and creativity each week of camp. Weekly schedules & field trips will be sent out to registered campers in a weekly newsletter a few days before each Monday of camp. |

| Camper to Counselor Ratio | 10:1 With camper safety as the cornerstone of our program, the camp staff consists of adults who are often teachers, outstanding college students and responsible and energetic teenagers. Once hired, the Kidcam staff goes through Kidcam University – a training program – in preparation for the first day of camp. |

Payment Options, Weekly Transfer & Refunds
| Payment Options | Payment options include paying weekly or in advance for discounts. We accept money orders and all major credit cards. If paying tuition weekly, tuition must be paid no later than 5pm on the Wednesday prior to the week you are attending camp in order to get the Early bird price. The full price is $10 additional. |

| Transfer Weeks | Purchased weeks may be transferred to other weeks for a $10 service fee per transfer. Email a transfer request to kidcambr@gmail.com |
| Cancelling Weeks | If you need to cancel any weeks of summer camp for your child, you may do so prior to May 10 for a $10 service fee by emailing kidcambr@gmail.com or calling 225-485-6633. The registration fee is not refundable. |
| Refunds | No refunds will be issued after May 10. Registration fees are non-refundable. |
| Online Account Management | Kidcam understands the busy schedules of working families. As a convenience, Kidcam offers an online account management system. Parents can register online, order apparel, set up food accounts, view payment history, track charges such as meal and after-care charges and pay fees online with a credit or debit card at anytime. By logging in to our safe, secure payment site, parents can print payment records as receipt for tax purposes or for your employer’s Dependent Care Reimbursement program. Our Federal tax ID # 42-1546031 and is provided with each payment record. |
