Limited Enrollment for 2021
At this time, we are planning again for a limited capacity at Kidcam for 2021 due to ever-changing Covid 19 guidelines. Please make sure you purchase at least the first 3 weeks you need camp. Given the potential limited space, we will close weeks once capacity is met for any given week. Only purchased weeks are guaranteed a spot for the summer. This is subject to change at any time, and we will monitor state guidelines and adjust protocol as needed.
Kidcam Camp @ Victory Academy Gymnasium
In its second summer, Victory offers Kidcam a large amount of indoor space with the gymnasium, cafeteria, gated playground and large sport fields. Campers ages 5-13 (as of 9/30/21) will enjoy the same 46-year Kidcam programming & staff and commitment to summer excellence as all of Kidcam’s 30 summer camp locations. Weekly field trips & swimming and a curriculum built around Kidcam’s Spirit of Summer help make up the perfect day camp experience.
Please note this location will NOT host camp the week of June 29. Campers can attend any other Kidcam location for the same weekly price and no additional registration fee. Tuition, Fees & Discounts
The following rates will be in effect for the 2021 camp season:
| Registration Fee | A non-refundable one-time Registration Fee of $50 for the first child and $35 for each additional child. Registration fees are subject to change after April 1st based on the camp enrollment. | |

| Weekly Payments* | Tuition paid weekly is due no later than the 6pm on the Friday afternoon prior to the next week a camper will attend, and all weekly balances for food and after-care must be paid in full on Friday at the time of pick-up. | *Weekly prices will increase, or a week may close, based on current enrollment, after the ‘end of Friday’ payment deadline. |
| Sibling Discounts | Kidcam offers a 10% discount on tuition for siblings that are in the same household and attend the same week. Please Note: An additional 10% discount does not apply to siblings when you buy 3+ weeks per child and receive the 10% savings on all tuition payments. | |
| Refunds | No refunds will be issued after May 23. Registration fees are non-refundable. | If a camp must close a group due to a COVID-19 related case, refunds will be issued at the camp’s discretion. |
Food for Thought
Campers may purchase breakfast, lunch, and snacks at camp using funds from the prepaid food account. Deposit funds, and any charges will be deducted. You may add more funds as needed.
Lunch: $5.00 includes a combo meal with drink and chips.
Snacks: $1.50 includes a snack and drink (Mid-Day & Aftercare)

| Weekly Themes | Kidcam’s engaging weekly themes are action-packed with activities that promote fun, fitness, friendship, and creativity each week of camp. “The Spirit of Summer” celebrates all that makes Kidcam’s 46 years GREAT. Campers will enjoy a different theme each week, while still incorporating their daily choice of activities ranging from Sports, Arts, STEM, Specialty & Water Play. This allows campers to choose between a variety of new programs, activities and challenges led by their camp counselors. Weekly schedules & any field trips will be posted online no later than the Friday prior to each week a camper attends. |

Payment Options, Weekly Transfer & Refunds
| Payment Options | Payment options include paying weekly or in advance for discounts. We accept, cash, check and all major credit cards. If paying tuition weekly, tuition must be paid no later than 3pm on the Friday prior to the week you are attending camp. A $10 late will be assessed after 3pm on Fridays and the sibling discount is no longer active. |

| Transfer Weeks | Kidcam has a no refund policy on all fees paid after May 23rd. Tuition paid weekly is due no later than Monday morning at drop-off, and all weekly balances for food and after-care must be paid in full on Friday at the time of pick-up. A $10 charge will be incurred on any weeks transferred after May 9th, as well as any unpaid balances at the end of a week. Discounts only apply when payments are made online and prior to a child arriving at camp. Weekly transfers can be made only towards the payment of another week (not food or aftercare), and there are no transfers made against full summer session purchases. | Cancelling Weeks | If you need to cancel any weeks of summer camp for your child, you may do so prior to May 23 by calling Kidcam at 877-4KIDCAM. |

| Online Account Management | Kidcam understands the busy schedules of working families. As a convenience, Kidcam offers an online account management system. Parents can register online, order apparel, set up food accounts, view payment history, track charges such as meal and after-care charges and pay fees online with a credit or debit card at anytime. By logging in to our safe, secure payment site, parents can print payment records as receipt for tax purposes or for your employer’s Dependent Care Reimbursement program. Our Federal tax ID # is provided with each payment record. |
